3. During the 60-day listing, an applicant for membership must seek an interview with the at least three (3) members of the Board of Directors or Advisors. The non-compliance with the interview requirement within the 60-day listing period shall place an application for membership deferred indefinitely.

APPLICANTS TEMPORARY CARD (ATC)

4. After the applicant has been interviewed, the applicant may be issued an Applicant’s Temporary Card (ATC) as guest of the Club to enable the applicant and his/her qualified dependents to utilize the Club facilities and allow the Club to observe the decorum of the applicant and his/her dependents. Apart from the guest fee assessment, all rules pertaining to guests shall apply.

ELECTION TO MEMBERSHIP

After the expiration of the 60-day listing period, if no derogatory or adverse comments on the applicants are received within 60 days from the date of listing, and provided the interview and the other requirements have been completed, the applicant’s name shall be submitted to the next meeting of the Board of Directors.

6. Any application withdrawn during or after the listing period shall be subject to a forfeiture of twenty percent (20%) of the paid entrance fee to cover the processing costs. Any unpaid account incurred by the applicant and his/her dependent shall be deducted from the balance of entrance fee to be refunded.

7. Any false or fraudulent information given by the applicant shall be sufficient ground to reject the application, to cancel the use of Applicants’ Temporary card and/or revoke the election to membership of the applicant found to have given false or fraudulent data, but this does not preclude the Club from taking such judicial and other measures necessary to protect its interests.

8. The rescission, annulment and/or cancellation of the purchase for a share shall ipso facto revoke the application or approval of membership. Any reinstatement shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, and only upon satisfactory proof of full ownership of a share in the Baguio Country Club Corporation and compliance with all the requirements as the Board of Directors may impose.

9. Applicants will enjoy the privileges of a member, including the privilege of introducing guests or visitors to the Club, only when elected to membership.

The ownership or purchase of a share in the Baguio Country Club Corporation does not, by itself, qualify any person for membership. Admission for membership shall only be conferred upon approval by the Board of Directors, and subject further to the rules and regulations of the Membership Committee.
