APPEAL FOR DONATION TO VICTIMS OF TYPHOON “PEPENG”

            Greetings!

            Typhoon “Pepeng” which brought heavy rains and remained stationary for one week in Northern Luzon has caused severe flooding, mud slide and erosion, damaged properties and took the lives of many of our countrymen. Baguio City alone had more than 50 fatalities.

            The Board of Directors has, therefore, approved a “Relief Fund-Raising Program” to provide financial help and other forms of material assistance to the victims of “Pepeng” especially our employees through your voluntary donations.

            You may forward your contributions :

1. By depositing to any branch of Union Bank under the account of Baguio Country Club Savings Account No. 000 6400 144 71 by using the “Bills Payment Deposit Slip”. Please fax the validated slip to Fax No. (074) 443-4610; or
2. By filling-up the attached “Relief Fund Raising Program” Pledge Form and faxing or mailing to the Club.
