Room Reservation Procedures

Room accommodation at the Club is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to the following rules:

 

a. The member’s account must be up-to-date or on current status before a reservation is confirmed. All overdue accounts must be settled prior to confirmation of booking

b. The member will receive a confirmation slip whenever rooms are available and is sent to the member through fax, or e-mail, which must be sent back via fax or email after the confirmation has been signed by the member to reconfirm the reservation.

c. The standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m., and the check-out time is 12:00 o’clock noon

d. Cancellations shall be charged in full, unless a written advice is received at least two (2) days before expected date of arrival.

e. For confirmed room reservations that are not availed, a “No Show” charge that is equivalent to one (1) night rate for every room reserved, will be billed to the member in case no cancellation is received within forty-eight (48) hours before the expected date of arrival. Succeeding nights are automatically canceled hereafter.

f. Rooms during Holy Week and Christmas Season are available and are offered through a package;

g. Guests who would like to be accommodated at the Club should be sponsored by a member , whose account is up-to-date or on current status before the reservation is confirmed.

h. Guests who avail of room accommodation are required to submit an original letter of authorization from the sponsoring member duly signed and should be submitted upon check-in. Fax copy or photocopied letters of introduction shall not be honored.

i. Deposits shall be required from sponsored cash-paying guests for incidental charges upon check-in. The full rate for the entire stay on guaranteed reservations shall be billed and collected accordingly and may be settled via cash or credit card.

j. Guest fees shall be assessed on all sponsored guests depending on the total consumption as follows:

GUIDELINES FOR BOOKINGS DURING HOLY WEEK AND CHRISTMAS SEASON:

  1. Reservations for the Holy Week and Christmas Packages are exclusive to Club members only.
  2. A fifty percent (50 %) deposit is required at least one (1) month prior to expected date of arrival.
  3. Cottages and Executive Suites will be raffled off to interested members. This raffle system was adapted to grant an equal chance to all members who would like to book these during the holiday season.
  4. Package inclusive dates:
                            Holy Week Package- Holy Wednesday to Easter Sunday
                                   Christmas Package- December 26 to January 1.
  1. Members availing of the package are entitled to one (1) complimentary night stay.
  2. Cancellations shall be charged in full at package rates, unless a written advice is received at least two (2) weeks before expected date of arrival.
  3. The maximum number of rooms allowed per member to book during the two package periods are as follows
