Room Reservation Procedures

Room accommodation in the club is on a first come first serve basis and subject to the following rules;

a. Member’s account should be current before reservation is confirmed.
b. the member will receive a confirmation slip whenever rooms are available and is sent to the member tdrough fax, or mail. And shall be faxed back to us after the confirmation has been signed by the member to reconfirm the reservation.
c. Standard Check-out Time is 12:00 O’clock Noon and Check-in Time is 2:00 pm.
d. Cancellation shall be charged in full unless written advice is received at least two (2) days before expected date of arrival.
e. For confirmed room reservations tdat are not availed, a “No Show” charge that is equivalent to one (1) night rate for every room reserve will be billed to the member in case no cancellation was received 48 hours before the expected date of arrival. the reservation will be cancelled for the succeeding nights automatically.
f. Rooms during Holy Week and Christmas Season may be availed of through a package;

1. Reservation for the package is exclusive to members only.

2. A 50 % deposit is required at least one (1 month) prior to expected date of arrival.

3. Cottages and Executive Suites will be raffled to members who would like to be accommodated in the Cottage or Executive Suite. tdis raffle system was adapted to grant an equal chance to all members who are interested in booking these rooms for the holiday season due to limited number of Executive Suites and Cottages.

4. Members availing of the package are entitled to one complimentary night stay.

5. Cancellations shall be charged in full of the package rate unless a written advice is received at least two (2) weeks before expected date of arrival.

6. A maximum number of rooms allowed per member to book during the two package periods are as follows:

Holy Week Package- Holy Wednesday to Easter Sunday
Christmas Package- December 26 to January 18.

No member shall be allowed to book two (2) Executive Suites or two (2) cottages, or a combination of one (1) Executive Suite and one (1) Cottage or Presidential Suite.

g. Guests who would like to be accommodated in the club should be sponsored by a member of the whose account is current before the reservation is confirmed.
h. Guests who avail of room accommodation is required to submit an original letter of autdorization from the sponsoring member duly singed and should be submitted upon check-in. Fax copy or photocopied introduction letter shall not be honored.
i. Cash deposit or Card verification shall be required from cash paying guests upon check-in.
j. Guest fee shall be assessed to all sponsored guest depending on the total consumption as follows:

Php 49,999.99 – 40,000.00
Php 39,999.99 – 30,000.00
Php 29,999.99 – 20,000.00
Php 19,999.99 – 10,000.00
Php   9,999.99 –   5,000.00
Php   4,999.99 and below
